Well done stephen and deighton thats a great idea to profile your people raise their personal profile and that of bewleys at the same time. Really enjoyed the comp congrats to all esp paul stack. Let me know how you are getting on with the dalla corte and what grinder are you using?

Class! Really great to see coffee in Ireland raising its profile. I’ve noticed your contributions here and there on my coffee blog rounds…you’re putting in a lot of work, Stephen! I’ll have to get down to Grafton St. soon. I’ve heard good things.
